Workspace access

Workspace roles determine broad application access. Administrators manage the organization and team. Editors create and update products. Viewers can inspect information without changing it.

  1. Assign Administrator only to people responsible for organization-wide controls.
  2. Use Editor for day-to-day product and destination management.
  3. Use Viewer for stakeholders who need visibility without mutation rights.

Regulated responsibilities

Governed mode adds Author, Reviewer, Approver, Publisher, Auditor, and Compliance Administrator responsibilities. These roles describe a person’s part in a controlled process; they do not replace workspace access.

Design a review path

Create a workflow with ordered steps and assign qualified people to each responsibility. The submitted snapshot is hashed, decisions are signed when configured, and any content change invalidates the prior approval for publication.
